Dr. Roosevelt J. Smith DC

Dr. Roosevelt J. Smith DC is originally from New York City area where he was born and raised. Following his graduation from Don Bosco Prep High school in Ramsey, New Jersey, Dr. Smith attended Bucknell University in Lewisburg PA. Shortly following his graduation from college Dr. Smith enrolled into Life University to earn his Doctorate in Chiropractic. Upon his graduation in 2000 Dr. Smith practiced in Michigan where he was an associate doctor at Health Quest chiropractic. After a year’s employment Dr. Smith accepted a position to become a clinic director in Greensboro, North Carolina. This led to him to become a contributing member of the Greensboro community for the last eleven years.
His new office was opened September 4, 2004 in Greensboro, North Carolina. He is married to his wonderful wife Kim, who not only supports the practice but works as the occupational therapist providing all the physical rehab in the office.
Like all the HealthSource Offices Dr. Smith always strives to continue provide all our patient the latest and most advanced treatment methods available in chiropractic.
Dr. Clifton Mays DC

Doctor Clifton Mays has devoted nearly two decades of practice to helping his patients improve their lives through the benefits of chiropractic care.
Dr. Mays is a Colorado native, where he completed his undergraduate studies and moved to Atlanta, Georgia to receive his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Life University.
While interning in Atlanta, Dr. Mays sought job opportunities in Northern Virginia, and in 1993 opened his first office in Fairfax, Virginia. After working a year in Fairfax, he relocated his office to nearby Chantilly, Virginia where he continued to practice until Dec. 2000. He then merged his office with a Chiropractor in Centreville, Virginia, where he practiced until Dec. 2002.
His new office, was opened Feb. 9, 2002 in High Point, North Carolina. He is married to Debi, a nurse at Moses Cone Hospital. He has a daughter, Madison and has a three year old boxer.

Dr. Sonya Lamb DC

Dr. Lamb is a North Carolina native, where she completed her undergraduate studies at North Carolina A&T University where she received her bachelor’s degree in biology.
Upon completion of her undergraduate degree similar to Dr. Smith and Dr. Mays, Dr. Lamb moved to Atlanta, Georgia enrolled into Chiropractic College at Life University. While earning her Doctorate in Chiropractic Dr. Lamb became involved in several community enrichment programs. Her education was further enhanced by her inclusion as university Research Assistant and Radiology Assistant
Dr Lamb continues to improve and enhance her clinical knowledge by attending numerous continuing education seminars and chiropractic adjusting techniques. HealthSource of the triad is proud to have Dr. Lamb take the position of clinic director of the Danville office after working as an associate doctor at Ward Corner Chiropractic clinic. Dr. Lamb brings a refreshing and jubilant enthusiasm to the office that espouses HealthSource’s mission to provide the highest level of patient care
Dr. Dan Bennett DC
HealthSource of Reidsville
Dr. Dan Bennett is originally from Bradford, a small rural town in Northwestern Pennsylvania. He received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania graduating with a Bachelors of Science in Biology and a minor in Chemistry.
Dr. Bennett then relocated to Florida where he attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, earning his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree. While at Palmer Florida he was very active in scholastic and community events and organizations. He served on the student council organization as well as being a member of the Port Orange Lions Club.
Before joining Healthsource of the Triad, Dr. Bennett was practicing at a progressive clinic outside of Charlotte. His prior training and expertise brings a needed asset to the local community. Dr. Bennett enjoys working with a variety of people from infants to the elderly.
Dr. Bennett and his wife Angie, a registered nurse, relocated to the Triad area to be closer to family and to be able to enjoy all the outdoor activities that they love. The recent addition of their son Joshua, born in August 2011, has been a great joy and blessing to their family.
